Classic Coastal Furniture will ship to anywhere in the continental USA within two weeks of the order date. Orders are normally processed in a day or two, and are shipped from the Philadelphia area. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

Classic Coastal Wicker is returnable within 30 days of purchase. Fees include a 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges for returned items. Items must be returned back in the original, unused condition. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing the refund. Please contact us by telephone or email to get a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If we sent you an incorrect or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will gladly replace the item or refund your payment. We will bear the cost of shipping the item back to us for replacement.

Classic Coastal Wicker is warranted for two years from the date of purchase against all defects related to structure and weave. Warranty void if damaged by outside sources, abuse or in transit. There is no warranty on cushions.
