Once you have a delivery time determined, a truck will deliver your order curbside of your shipping address. It is your responsibility to bring the product into your home or area of choice and remove all packaging material and/or debris.

Write a Review- great table at a great height
- We love this furniture. We ordered the Hospitality Rattan Grenada conversation package, 2 dining packages, 2 pub packages, the chaise lounge package, the rocking chair, storage unit and a couple extra pieces for our deck and pool patio. We wanted the all weather wicker furniture however, many of sets we looked at were too massive looking and would not fit well on our deck. This furniture was just what we were looking for. It was more airy looking and we could fit the 5 piece conversation package along with the 7 piece swivel dining package on the deck with room to walk around. We did order the cushions for the furniture just for a finished look, however, the furniture is comfortable enough without the cushions. I highly recommend this furniture and the company. We don't purchase many things online because you never know how reputable the company is or if they will stand behind their product, but this company and the sales people went out their way to make it a pleasant experience. I already broke the glass top to the coffee table and when I called to see if I could get a replacement glass top, it was no problem at all. It's on its way. - Exceeded my expectations
- I had been looking for a particular bistro set in white wicker. Your company had exactly what I wanted in the right style, color, and quality. My products were delivered quicker than expected. Shipping Information
Hospitality Rattan Furniture will ship to anywhere in the continental USA within three (3) weeks of the order date. Orders are normally processed in a day or two, and are shipped from the Miami area. Please allow 5-7 dates for transportation. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

Returns Information
Many of the products we offer are customizable, with cushions that are made-to-order. As a result, some of the manufacturers we sell do not accept returns of these items (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). (800) 991-3034
For those manufacturers that accept NON DAMAGED returns, the following information applies. All returns must be in original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less return shipping charges and a maximum 15% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. Please contact us at (800) 991-3034 for details.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable. We never keep your credit card information on file so you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Experts to process your refund.
Return shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for orders delivered beyond the continental USA.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items - 14 Day's From Delivery Policy
When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to ensure that you received the correct products and that they were not damaged during transit. If you notice damages, be sure to note the damages with the delivery driver before you sign for it and contact our customer service department immediately. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend (for large truck LTL deliveries) that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process.
We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has left. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Experts within 14 days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation.
In all cases of damaged and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
Repackaging and Shipping your Returns
After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Please repack the item to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please write your RMA number in large characters on the outside of the box. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
Our Customer Service Experts will arrange to have the item picked up from your home. No need to take the item and have it shipped yourself; we'll take care of the legwork. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).
Warranty
HOSPITALITY RATTAN warrants that its merchandise is free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials and will either give credit or replace defective parts for a period of up to one year from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set forth below. This includes frames, cushions and fabric.
This warranty is valid for use under normal circumstances. Warranty is void if furniture is improperly maintained, abused, or damaged by accident.
