Lloyd/Flanders continues their tradition of excellence by offering a variety of occasional and functional pieces for your current collection. Each accessory is crafted with the same attention to detail expected from Lloyd/Flanders furniture .
Lloyd Loom is neither plastic nor resin, but is a continuous strand that will not burr, crack, or peel resulting in a consistently smooth weave. Each strand in the fabric's wrap is constructed of twisted cellulose fibers immersed in glue to prevent unraveling. In the weft, the strands are reinforced with aluminum wire for added strength and resilience.
Following the weaving process, the wicker is submerged in a resin emulsion and heated forming a flexible coating which provides protection from moisture. The wicker is then contoured over a sturdy aluminum frame and is completed with our special Durium finish ensuring years of use.
Lloyd/Flanders Comfort Plush outdoor seating system redefines outdoor seating comfort. These premium cushions feature exceptional seating comfort and resilience, inherently mildew/bacteria resistant components, and the security of knowing that Lloyd/Flanders Comfort Plush seating system is an environmentally friendly product.
Comfort Plush cushions are made using the trademark BioComfort 1.8 density High Resilience California Fire Rated Foam. BioComfort is formulated to include soy based products, which reduces the amount of petroleum based chemicals used in production. BioComfort foam is wrapped with 100% polyester fiber, a combination meeting the requirements of California's Technical Bulletin #117. Bonded to this foam and fiber wrapped core is a 100% polypropylene jacket completely encompassing the entire cushion core. The jacket is composed of two layers of spun bond fabric which sandwich an inner layer of meltblown fabric, hence the name SMS (spun bond + meltblown + spun bond). Meltblown material is hydrophobic, which means to literally "shed water".

Lloyd/Flanders Furniture will ship to anywhere in the continental USA. Orders are shipped from Menominee, MI. Please allow 5 - 7 days for ground transportation to your location. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

For those manufacturers that accept NON DAMAGED returns, the following information applies. All returns must be in original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less return shipping charges and a maximum 15% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable. We never keep your credit card information on file so you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Experts to process your refund.
Return shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for orders delivered beyond the continental USA.
When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to ensure that you received the correct products and that they were not damaged during transit. If you notice damages, be sure to note the damages with the delivery driver before you sign for it and contact our customer service department immediately. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend (for large truck LTL deliveries) that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process.
We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has left. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Experts within 14 days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation.
In all cases of damaged and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Please repack the item to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please write your RMA number in large characters on the outside of the box. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
Our Customer Service Experts will arrange to have the item picked up from your home. No need to take the item and have it shipped yourself; we'll take care of the legwork. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).

What is Covered?
This 3-year limited warranty for residential installation covers all defects in workmanship or materials of the Lloyd/Flanders product. A separate 1 year warranty applies to our fabrics/cushions and granite/natural slate travertine tables. Please see your authorized Lloyd/Flanders dealer for more information.
How long does the warranty last?
This warranty remains in force for three years from the date of purchase. Any indication of abnormal or abusive use of the furniture will void this warranty. Lloyd/Flanders’ warranty does not cover freeze damage within the frames. It is very important you do NOT store your furniture upside down as it will allow water into the frames.
What will we do to correct problems?
Lloyd/Flanders will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the product or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be made at no cost to you. Lloyd/Flanders will pay the freight to and from the factory during the first three years of ownership. We may require inspection by a factory representative prior to any repairs or replacement. For additional information regarding this warranty please contact your authorized Lloyd/Flanders dealer.
