Orders ship from Florida and usual take about a week to arrive from the date they are shipped. Customers are provided tracking numbers when their order ships so they can track their order. Longboat Key Furniture cannot be returned due to buyer's remorse. All cushions are custom-made, and therefore cannot be returned. In addition, the high cost of shipping makes returns uneconomical for the customer.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If we sent you an incorrect or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will gladly replace the item or refund your payment. We will bear the cost of shipping the item back to us for replacement.

Longboat Key outdoor wicker furniture is manufactured from high-density polyresin handwoven over rustproof aluminum frames. Lab tested for fade-, sag- and mildew resistance, each piece is virtually maintenance free. To clean, use a mild soap and water solution and rinse well. Do not use bleach, as it will damage furniture. Do not store furniture upside down as water may accumulate in frames and cause damage in freezing weather. Store furniture indoors during months of non-use.

Longboat Key all-weather resin wicker furniture is warranted against all defects in materials and workmanship for ten years from date of purchase on the aluminum frame, and three years from date of purchase on the resin weave and webbed seat supports.

Longboat Key cushions are warranted against seam separation, fabric slippage, flaws and dye lot variations at time of delivery only.

If an item fails under the terms of this warranty, manufacturer will repair or replace that item. If discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar style and finish. All warranties apply to original owner only and require original dated receipt. Normal wear and tear is excluded. Abuse, acts of nature, accidents or commercial use voids this warranty.
