Caluco has grown steadily since the company was founded in 2003 by two partners who share more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the patio furniture industry. Our cushions are covered in industry-leading high performance Sunbrella® fabric that resists staining, fading and mildew. We work closely with innovative designers to create stylish, durable designs that look and feel much more expensive than they really are. Every item we produce is inspected frequently, tested and approved before shipping.
Caluco Cushions will ship to anywhere in the continental USA within two weeks of the order date. Please allow 5 - 7 days for ground transportation to your location. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Los Angeles area. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.
Caluco extends warranty coverage to the original retail purchaser that all cushions will be free from material and manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective cushion. Additional warranty coverage is available from Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC for Sunbrella fabric constructed cushions. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.
