All patio furniture frames have a 5 year manufacturer's warranty. To submit a warranty claim, photos of the damaged furniture must be submitted via email or USPS mail. The customer is also responsible to provide the original purchase date of the furniture. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects only. Any furniture damaged due to customer abuse will not be replaced under warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of all warranty replacement items.

In the case that damaged is deemed due to customer neglect, the cushions will not be replaced under warranty. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost of all warranty replacement items.

Warranty does not apply to freight or shipping damage, abuse (intentional or unintentional), acts of God, improper care, and commercial use. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Savannah Outdoor Classics within the specified warranty period. Claims require proof of original purchase via a copy of the invoice and proof of date of resale to the current owner. Savannah Outdoor Classics reserves the right to require pictures to substantiate the claim and may require physical inspection of the item. Savannah Outdoor Classics reserves the right to repair defective items or replace them with like or similar items.
