Description
The Tortuga Portside Wicker Seating Set comes with two cushioned chairs, a cushioned love seat, a cushioned ottoman, a coffee table, and an end table. This collection features all weather wicker, which is resistant to stains, cracks, water, splits, and UV. The table and chair frames are constructed of powder coated stainless steel and Dark Roast or Southwest Amber wicker; they are light weight and will not rust. This set is covered by a one year limited warranty.

Once you have a delivery time determined, a truck will deliver your order curbside of your shipping address. The outdoor wicker set is a very nice addition to our lanai. The dark tone of the wicker contrasts nicely with the red cushions. I had hoped the cushions would be a darker shade or red, but they work well anyway. The coffee table arrived with two legs bent out of shape, but I called Wicker Central and the company sent out a replacement immediately. We would recommend Wicker Central to others. This is a beautiful set, well built and strong. My husband is a large man and he fits beautifully and feels very comfortable. We have a partly covered terrace so we like the fact that the set is waterproof and durable. We use to have the standard terrace set, dining table and chairs, but now we have a second sitting room and eating room outdoors with an addition of a shorter dining table (a tall pot with a glass top) and we use it all the time. The set is a touch smaller than I expected. But that is a good thing. I was able to use the set for only one week before I had to put it away for winter. BUT the week that I did use it I loved it. The cushions are a little stiff but think they will relax with a little wear. I love the colors I chose! The whole set seems very sturdy and well made. It is going to be a long cold winter while I wait for the warmth of spring to set up my outdoor living room with my new furniture! Very excited! (Posted on 11/2/12)

My husband and I love the furniture - it is very sturdy and also quite attractive looking. The delivery arrived on time, without any broken pieces and very easy to set up. The only assembly was the rocking chair and he did that in 30 minutes w/o special tools. People have already commented on the furniture attractiveness and were surprised that the cushions were included w/ the furniture and that we had choices of cushion fabric. We have already referred others to Wicker Central. We hope to enjoy the furniture for many years. W/o Wicker Central we could not have afforded patio furniture this year. Thank you. This set met the expectations - small but comfortable, just what the picture showed. Perfect fit for our small patio. Was delivered 10 days after ordered.
Service was great. The leg on the loveseat was damaged - I have e-mailed pictures of it and the new loveseat arrived 9 days later. The customer service representative was very helpful and resolved the problem in a timely manner. We did not have to ship anything back, just disposed of damaged loveseat.

I searched and searched for a deck seating set. After many price and quality comparisons I settled on this set. I LOVE the set; it has been in use every sunny morning and evening in Washington state. I was able to locate the same fabric on the internet and have been re-covering some old pillows in order to have cushion backs. :) The only surprise, that I was able to deal with, was getting rid of the pallet that the furniture was delivered on. I ordered these to go in my "safari" sunroom and the quality is great for the money. The only thing I would complain about is the side table is a bit wobbly. One leg is shorter than all the others. We were looking for something not too bulky, nor too pricey. Our space and budget was limited. This fit on the porch of our new apartment perfectly! In fact I wish we bought the ottoman and side table too. The fabric we chose wasn't an exact match with our decor, but we managed to tie all the colors together with more accessories. I'm a larger size man and like the steel frames. They are a very solid and stable. It's difficult to find a sturdy chair and at first I was reluctant about ordering furniture online. We love this set! What a great value!! Bought it for our new screened porch at our camp in ME ~ it's the perfect fit. Tortuga Outdoor Furniture will ship to anywhere in the continental USA within two weeks of the order date. Orders are normally processed in a day or two, and are shipped from the Atlanta area. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

Returns Information
Many of the products we offer are customizable, with cushions that are made-to-order. As a result, some of the manufacturers we sell do not accept returns of these items (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).

After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable. We never keep your credit card information on file so you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Experts to process your refund.
Return shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for orders delivered beyond the continental USA.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items - 14 Day's From Delivery Policy
When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to ensure that you received the correct products and that they were not damaged during transit. If you notice damages, be sure to note the damages with the delivery driver before you sign for it and contact our customer service department immediately. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend (for large truck LTL deliveries) that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process.
We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has left. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Experts within 14 days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation.
In all cases of damaged and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
Repackaging and Shipping your Returns
After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Please repack the item to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please write your RMA number in large characters on the outside of the box. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
Our Customer Service Experts will arrange to have the item picked up from your home. No need to take the item and have it shipped yourself; we'll take care of the legwork. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).
Warranty
Tortuga Brand outdoor furniture frames, tables and synthetic wicker are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for 2 years (Portside Collection, 1 year) in a residential application and 1 year (Portside Collection, 6 months) in a commercial application. Tortuga Brand outdoor cushions and pillows are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions for 30 days.
All warranties are made void when furniture is damaged due to acts of nature, abuse or lack of proper care. Defects that develop because the product is exposed to extreme climate conditions are not covered by this warranty. Defects that develop as a result of faulty or improper installation or assembly of the product are also not covered by this warranty.
Commercial applications can change the conditions of the warranties, according to which items are being used and the location or the nature of the commercial premises. Consumables such as chair feet are subject to wear and tear and are not considered part of the frame.
Tortuga will repair or replace at its option the pieces or parts that fail during normal usage, due to structural defects occurring at the manufacturing stage. Products discontinued or unavailable will be replaced by similar available items.
For all warranty claims, please contact the retailer/ point of sale with your proof of purchase receipt. Transaction or service reports between the point of sale and Tortuga need to be verified to for the warranty procedures to commence.
Freight or transport of goods and labor for replacement or repair are the responsibility of the consumer and are not covered under warranty.
