Description
The Tortuga Portside Wicker Seating Set comes with two cushioned chairs, a cushioned love seat, and a coffee table. This collection features all weather wicker, which is resistant to stains, cracks, water, splits, and UV. The table and chair frames are constructed of powder coated aluminum with stainless steel hardware and White, Dark Roast or Southwest Amber wicker; they are light weight and will not rust. This set is covered by a one year limited warranty.

We are very pleased with our new wicker set, which is replacing a 20+ year old set. The construction is sturdy and we were looking specifically for resin wicker, but more importantly a coated aluminum frame with stainless steel components as well to prevent future rust... I like the patio set even though it isn't real wicker. The left front leg is turned in but it is still sturdy. The cushions are firm and bright, perfect for my room. The only problem was the delivery. I waited all day and only after I called at 6 PM did I find out that the "loader" was broken. It took a return call around 8 to inform me of this. I had to wait another week and then he could only drop it off at the bottom of my 500 ft. driveway. Thank goodness we had a truck that we could load it on to since it was on a pallet.

I'm happy with everything about this item and Wicker Central. It arrived on time, was well packed, pretty easy to unpack.
The only caution is that it arrives via truck on a skid. The driver uses a hand lift to get it off the truck: plan ahead as to where they will park & unload. You will then need to dispose of the skid and packing materials (and there are a lot.) (Posted on 5/7/11)

As this was a gift, I really cannot rate the product. However, it appears to be of fine quality, and I was very impressed with the care taken in the packaging. I ordered it after searching numerous on-line sites for days - this was by the far the best deal for the money since we couldn't afford to spend thousands of dollars on an all-weather wicker set. Our order arrived on schedule (very quickly!) as promised. It looks terrific on our lanai and the seating is sturdy and comfortable. We needed to replace an old set on our screened porch in time for a surprise party we were having at our house for a very dear friend. Not realizing the lead time most of these sets require, I thought we were out of luck. The Tortuga set was not only available in our time frame (it was a tight time-line, but Wicker Central said they'd get it to me in time and it got here two days before I needed it) but it was also much less expensive than anything comparable on the internet. It's an incredible value, and exactly as advertised. Most sets with comparable features are at least twice the price when cushions are added in, which are included in the Tortuga set price. The only distinguishing feature compared to other more costly options seems to be much more limited choice of cushion fabrics, a sacrifice I was happy to make for the savings, and I love the fabric we chose. Tortuga Outdoor Furniture will ship to anywhere in the continental USA within two weeks of the order date. Orders are normally processed in a day or two, and are shipped from the Atlanta area. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

Returns Information
Many of the products we offer are customizable, with cushions that are made-to-order. As a result, some of the manufacturers we sell do not accept returns of these items (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).

All returns must be in original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less return shipping charges and a maximum 15% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable. We never keep your credit card information on file so you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Experts to process your refund.
Return shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for orders delivered beyond the continental USA.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items - 14 Day's From Delivery Policy
When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to ensure that you received the correct products and that they were not damaged during transit. If you notice damages, be sure to note the damages with the delivery driver before you sign for it and contact our customer service department immediately. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend (for large truck LTL deliveries) that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process.
We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has left. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Experts within 14 days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation.
In all cases of damaged and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
Repackaging and Shipping your Returns
After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Please repack the item to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please write your RMA number in large characters on the outside of the box. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
Our Customer Service Experts will arrange to have the item picked up from your home. No need to take the item and have it shipped yourself; we'll take care of the legwork. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).
Warranty
Tortuga Brand outdoor furniture frames, tables and synthetic wicker are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for 2 years (Portside Collection, 1 year) in a residential application and 1 year (Portside Collection, 6 months) in a commercial application. Tortuga Brand outdoor cushions and pillows are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions for 30 days.
All warranties are made void when furniture is damaged due to acts of nature, abuse or lack of proper care. Defects that develop because the product is exposed to extreme climate conditions are not covered by this warranty. Defects that develop as a result of faulty or improper installation or assembly of the product are also not covered by this warranty.
Commercial applications can change the conditions of the warranties, according to which items are being used and the location or the nature of the commercial premises. Consumables such as chair feet are subject to wear and tear and are not considered part of the frame.
Tortuga will repair or replace at its option the pieces or parts that fail during normal usage, due to structural defects occurring at the manufacturing stage. Products discontinued or unavailable will be replaced by similar available items.
For all warranty claims, please contact the retailer/ point of sale with your proof of purchase receipt. Transaction or service reports between the point of sale and Tortuga need to be verified to for the warranty procedures to commence.
Freight or transport of goods and labor for replacement or repair are the responsibility of the consumer and are not covered under warranty.
