Each Alfresco Home all weather wicker collection delivers the benefits of modern materials. Outdoor fiber, made from high density polyethylene, is hand-woven onto high grade powder coated aluminum frames.

Alfresco Home Furniture is guaranteed to ship anywhere in the continental USA within three to four weeks of the order date, although many orders will ship faster. Customers are provided tracking numbers so they can track their order. For expedited shipping please contact customer service.

Alfresco Home offers a 2 year limited warranty from purchase date for All Weather Wicker products. This warranty is against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

• Frames are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.
• All Weather Wicker fibers are warranted against peeling, cracking, and fading.
• Normal wear and tear, improper assembly and general frame rusting is not covered.
• Chips and scratches from normal wear and tear are not covered.
• Exposure to the elements, mildew, improper care, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

Warranty General Terms

• Alfresco Home reserves the right to inspect all items claimed to be defective.
• Under the terms of these warranties, the manufacturer will repair or replace any item if deemed necessary. If discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar style and finish.
• Any items used for commercial purposes are not covered by these limited warranties.
• Any warranty issue must be brought to the attention of the retail vendor and will only be honored after inspection and with dated receipt of purchase.
• All warranties are not transferable.
• Normal wear and tear is excluded.
• Improper handling, care, acts of god, accidents and commercial use voids these warranties.
