All Whitecraft cushions are made to order, so quick shipping is rare. Customers are provided tracking numbers when their order ships so they can track their order. Many of the products we offer are customizable, with cushions that are made-to-order. As a result, some of the manufacturers we sell do not accept returns of these items (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).
For those manufacturers that accept NON DAMAGED returns, the following information applies. All returns must be in original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less return shipping charges and a maximum 15% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable. We never keep your credit card information on file so you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Experts to process your refund.
Return shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for orders delivered beyond the continental USA.
When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to ensure that you received the correct products and that they were not damaged during transit. If you notice damages, be sure to note the damages with the delivery driver before you sign for it and contact our customer service department immediately. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend (for large truck LTL deliveries) that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process.
We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has left. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Experts within 14 Days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation.
In all cases of damaged and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Please repack the item to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please write your RMA number in large characters on the outside of the box. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
Our Customer Service Experts will arrange to have the item picked up from your home. No need to take the item and have it shipped yourself; we'll take care of the legwork. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).

Limited Residential Product Warranty
Whitecraft warrants to the original purchaser, under normal residential conditions and use and with the exceptions stated below, that the furniture purchased in this price list and product brochures and literature is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Wicker, straps and cushions are warranted based on workmanship not fading, discoloration or stretching.
1. What is covered?
Aluminum frames are covered against structural defects (broken frame or welds) for a period of five (5) years from date of original purchase. PVC frames are covered against structural defects (breakage, warping, peeling, chipping or cracking) for a period of three (3) years from date of original purchase.
WickerLoom™ and Weather-Mate™ are designed for Limited Exposure in protected areas. These products are warranted against product defect for a period of three (3) years from date of original purchase provided that the product is not exposed to direct sunlight or left in locations that are likely to get wet, which will void the warranty.
All-Weather by Whitecraft resin materials are designed for outdoor use and are warranted against product defect for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase as long as reasonable and necessary care is provided, as outlined in our product brochures, catalogs and price lists.
2. What is not covered?
Whitecraft offers no warranty on fabrics and upholstery materials other than those expressly guaranteed by the material manufacturer. Our warranty does not cover and is void if damage is caused by abusive use; acts of God; improper care; mildew; normal wear and tear; fading or stretching of fabrics, wicker material and vinyl straps; glass breakages and glides; if the furniture is used for commercial purposes; or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in our product brochures, catalogs and price lists.
3. What will we do to correct the problem?
We will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the product or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. The repair or replacement will be made at no cost to the original purchaser. If it is necessary to return the product to the factory you must pay the freight cost to and from the factory. If identical materials or products are no longer available at the factory at the time the defect is identified and accepted, Whitecraft reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality or replace the defective product with another product of similar quality and design. If the product is replaced after one year, the warranty shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis as determined by months of service.
4. How do you get service?
Any claim under this warranty should be initiated within the warranty period. Contact the Whitecraft dealer where the furniture was originally purchased. The dealer will identify or verify the problem and notify Whitecraft. You will need to furnish them a copy of the dated proof of purchase, photographs of the damaged product and an explanation of the defect. This will help our Quality Control Department to determine the problem. Alternatively, you may send the foregoing information to our North Charleston address or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Whitecraft may require inspection by a factory authorized representative prior to any repair or replacement by the factory.
5. How does state law relate to this warrant?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
